When submitting your CV or application form in writing, by email, or via carehome.co.uk, your information will be received by the HR co-ordinator, registered manager, business manager or owner only.
Your details on the application webform on the website are password protected and only the business manager has access to this password.
It will be used solely for the purpose of recruitment and not shared with any other party.
Only with your prior permission, will we contact referees as supplied by you, we will ask you for health information and will check your right to work in the UK and apply the DBS for any criminal convictions history.
If you are successful, your details will be filed and stored in accordance with our HR policies. You will be issued with a separate privacy statement from us at this time.
If you are unsuccessful, we will retain your details securely and confidentially for one month, with your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Our HR records are stored for 7 years in line with our legal obligations. They are then securely destroyed.
